Dabangg 2 is a 2013 Indian action film directed by Arbaaz Khan. A sequel to the 2010 release Dabangg, it stars Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. This movie is a Telugu dubbed version of Dabangg 2 which was released on 12 March 2014. It was dubbed into Telugu as Drushyamagadu. The film is a remake of the 2010 Tamil film Dabangg, itself a remake of the 2008 Kannada film "Dabbang". Zia Mohmmad Chacha (Salman Khan) comes from a noted village in Pakistan. He carries a gun and also carries a dog named Paan Singh Tomar around with him. One day, his village is attacked by militants led by one Bala RR. Chacha escapes from the village with his old friend Gugugoobir from Pakistan and finds refuge at Dwarka's Dabbu's house only to find out that he has no son and had sent Paan Singh Tomar (Sonakshi Sinha) for this purpose. Dabbang's wife Bharati (Bipasha Basu) takes a liking for Paan and she grows fond of him. She asks Chacha to take Paan along with them to India. Chacha agrees and dumps the dog, who turns out to be a very good fighter too. In India, Paan is adopted by Mahesh Dabhade (Ajay Devgan) and his wife Sanjana (Nimisha Sen). The duo keep him in their own house as outcaste and also call him "Paani Tomar" because he is the son of a dog. Chacha is very fond of Paan and keeps him as a pet. Chacha keeps taking Paan with him on his adventures. In one such adventure, he takes Paan with him into a bank to stop a robbery. While there, he encounters Gugugoobir who has been paralysed from the waist down from an injury inflicted by Balraj during a riot in Pakistan. He had hidden Rs. 50 million rupees inside a doll but the dog ate it up. Chacha goes around India looking for Bala Raj and finds out his hideout in Chhattisgarh which is situated somewhere underground beneath the city of Raipur. Bala Raj sends his henchmen to attack Chacha, but he manages to escape with Paan. Chacha meets up with Gugugoobir in Raipur and stays at their place. During this time, he also comes across Arun Singh (Rajeev Khandelwal), Bala Raj's nephew who is a police officer and likes Paan. After some time, Chacha leaves Guguguobir's place because Gugu wants Paan to stay his best friend forever after their shikar.
